1. Service overview

Art of Feelings provides digital self-improvement, relationship education, reflection prompts, course materials, and related content. The service is informational and educational only.

The service does not include AI, chatbots, automated agents, medical advice, psychological services, or guaranteed personal outcomes.

We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency advice. The service is not a substitute for professional help.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the service and purchase a subscription.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping access to your account secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some parts of the service require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and available payment methods are shown before checkout.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose.

Payments may be processed by Stripe, Paddle, or another payment provider available at checkout. The payment provider may display additional payment terms, taxes, billing information, and payment method rules during checkout.

Subscriptions continue until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the payment provider portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but it does not automatically refund payments already processed.

After successful payment, access to paid digital content is provided through your account. Access may depend on subscription status, payment status, and technical availability.

We may update, improve, reorganize, or replace content from time to time while preserving the general purpose of the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service.

• Do not share, resell, copy, scrape, or redistribute paid content without permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or security features.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or misleading activity.
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the service.

6. Results and disclaimers

Results vary by person. We do not guarantee any specific emotional, relationship, financial, health, or personal outcome.

Content may include opinions, examples, prompts, and educational guidance. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.

7. Intellectual property

The service, content, design, text, branding, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Art of Feelings and are protected by applicable laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the service for your own use while your account is in good standing.

8. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, create risk for other users, or if payment cannot be processed.

You may stop using the service at any time. Subscription cancellation and refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy.

The service may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, hosting providers, and authentication services.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their security practices, or their separate terms and policies.

10. Limitation of liability

Art of Feelings is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim arose.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
